The 5 Best Ways To Fundraise in 2021 for the Believe and Achieve Trust

A huge thank you to all of our believers who have already fundraised to help us raise as much money as possible. Over the years we have had people do many fundraisers for us such as, cake sales, skydives, dance shows and now it’s your time to shine.

We solely rely on the voluntary donations to fund and support our work. Not only do we need funds we need you to help raise awareness of meningitis. Meningitis is an infection and if not treated quickly enough can be very serious read more here. There are many different causes of meningitis and anyone can get it. This is why we try to raise as much awareness as possible with symptoms cards.

Our Alex’s mission was always to raise as much awareness as possible, which is why we carry on the work we do today. We do this by raising as much awareness whilst having fun fundraising, which allows us to provide support through grants to children and young people to give them the equipment to take part in a sport of their choice. This is life changing to families and young children across the North West.

Let’s take a look at the best 5 ways to fundraise in 2021 to help The Believe and Achieve Trust.

A tough activity to take part in but for a worthy cause. You will have the most amazing time and will see some amazing scenery whilst taking part in the challenge. Arrange to do it with a few of your friends so you can share the experience and it will get more awareness and donations too.

There are 4 different events for the three peaks.

Aim towards a 10k run whilst training up to the day of the run you can get as many sponsors as you can. After lockdown we all want to keep fit and get back into shape, what better way than training for a 10K and having that end goal for your own personal fitness and for the fundraising side.

Running is one activity a lot of people said helped with their mental health during lockdown as you could get out, clear your mind and just be in the zone. There are many organised 10K running events in England which you can take part in, but you could also create your own to do in your own time. What a rewarding experience when you get to the finish line. The Believe and Achieve trust can provide t-shirts and jumpers for you to wear whilst training and taking part in the run.

Bake off

This is a great idea for a workplace and who doesn’t love cake! After lockdown it seems baking was a main hobby for everyone so it can be time to unleash your baking skills to your colleagues. Set up one morning with 1 baked cake each all presented next to one another. You can arrange to have one of your colleagues as the judge and they won’t know whose cake is who until they choose the winner of the bake off.

It will be nice to catch up with your colleagues and to raise vital funds for this amazing charity, you could charge to enter or you could sell the cakes to each other also it will raise awareness you can order some awareness cards and post the event on social media.
